Andy Zwick is a Managing Director at SchoolWise Partners, bringing a rare blend of operating leadership, digital education innovation, and real estate investment experience to the firm’s advisory platform. He partners with school owners and buyers across the early education sector, helping guide strategy, positioning, and transaction execution with an operator’s mindset and a strong focus on outcomes.

Prior to joining SchoolWise, Andy founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Derm101, a pioneering online medical education company that delivered high-quality digital resources to dermatologists around the world. Earlier in his career, he was a principal at a New York–based real estate development firm, where he gained deep experience in underwriting, capital structuring, and asset-level execution.

Andy graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in History. Born in Summit, New Jersey, Andy currently resides in Miami, Florida.
