Ben Mayer is a co-founder and Managing Partner of SchoolWise Partners, where he leads the firm’s M&A advisory and capital-raise efforts, including transaction execution, client management, and business development. Since launching SchoolWise in 2018, Ben has helped build the platform into a leading brokerage and advisory firm serving owners and investors across the early education sector.

Prior to SchoolWise, Ben founded Endeavor Schools and, as lead operator and Chairman, scaled the company to 42 early education centers across 11 states before selling the business in 2018. He also co-founded Leon and Mayer, a Miami-based private equity firm that raised approximately $250 million and invested in education and hospitality, and he has owned and operated businesses across infrastructure, hospitality, and education.

Ben has served on the boards of more than a dozen companies, including as a founding board member for two of the nation’s largest childcare operators. Ben began his career as an investment executive at Tishman Speyer.

Ben earned his degree cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, Ben now resides in Miami, Florida.
