SchoolWise Advises in the Sale of 2-Unit Child Care Portfolio in Texas

SchoolWise Partners acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Seller of Project Churchill. The transaction was completed on June 17, 2026, with the business assets acquired by a regional corporate education company.
Under the terms of the transaction:
The business assets were acquired via asset sale by a regional corporate education provider.
The real estate assets were acquired by a real estate investment group.

Established in 2020, the Project Churchill schools offer high quality early childhood education for infants through Kindergarten along with school age programs at two (2) locations in and around east Houston, Texas.
In 2018, the Seller transformed her lifelong passion into entrepreneurship by founding the private school, which began humbly in a local church. Guided by a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate care and education, she grew the academy into a trusted name within the community. In July 2020, she moved the school to its newest location, and in September 2023, she further expanded the brand with the launch of a second location in Churchill Downs.
The Schools implement a well-rounded curriculum that emphasizes hands-on learning and thematic instruction, fostering the social and emotional development critical to early childhood.
