Scott Verdine is a Director with School Wise Partners, where he leads client relationships and quarterbacks transactions from kickoff through closing. He works side-by-side with owners to manage the full process—shaping strategy and positioning, performing detailed financial and operational analysis, and driving timelines and execution. Scott also manages all stakeholders and counterparties throughout the transaction, coordinating buyers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, and other third parties.

Scott combines a rare set of competences in his advisory role created by a career as an owner/operator of a successful portfolio of early education centers that was followed by a role as an acquisitions and financial consultant to multinational organizations in the education industry. Scott has a sound understanding of the complex layers of the educational industry fostered by his involvement in operations, asset development, government contracts, braided funding streams, employer sponsored care and acquisitions.

Scott graduated from the AACSB internationally accredited William G. McGowan School of Business at King’s College. Scott currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons.
